Overview

Porcine IFN alpha is a cytokine with broad-spectrum antiviral activity, which has the advantages of high efficiency, no drug residue, and no side effects. Thymosin alpha 1 (T alpha 1) is also an ecological agent with immune activity, and its combination with multiple drugs has a promoting effect, including mutual promotion and superposition effects when used together with IFN alpha, which can significantly improve the antiviral effect.

Applications

This product is mainly used for pig breeding and large-scale farming. In addition, it has excellent preventive and therapeutic effects on diarrhea in nursing piglets caused by other reasons. At the cellular level in vitro, this product can inhibit the replication of Blue Ear Virus (PRRS) and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV); Diseases caused by Blue Ear Virus (PRRS) and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV) have very good therapeutic effects at the internal level.

Research and Development

This product expresses the fusion protein T α 1-IFN α of porcine IFN α and thymosin α 1 (T α 1) in Pichia pastoris, which is easy to purify.
